“Adam has a good reputation and is very welcoming. The case went fast and I’m satisfied with what I got! It worked out very well for me.”
– Olivia from Brooklyn, NY
$50,000.00 Settlement (Maximum Policy Limits)
On May 10th, 2019, Olivia was driving her work vehicle eastbound on the Belt Parkway. As she was slowing down, a school bus crashed into the rear of her vehicle! She struck the back of her head on the headrest, but, thankfully, did not lose consciousness. Olivia was transported by ambulance to Long Island Jewish Hospital where she was evaluated and discharged home.
As a result of the accident, Olivia injured her neck, lower back, right shoulder, right knee and left wrist. She described the pain in her neck as a sharp deep pain and pressure around the neck. She felt her lower back pain radiate down her right leg with a tingling sensation in her feet. In the mornings, she experienced pain and joint stiffness in her right shoulder. She had trouble standing and walking due to her right knee pain, and later underwent an injection that provided some relief. Olivia was unable to work and even had difficulty sleeping, concentrating, and doing daily tasks several months after the accident happened.
Olivia had heard Adam’s radio show many times before the accident, but she didn’t think to call right away. It wasn’t until her supervisor gave her a phone number for a good lawyer to call, that she realized that the phone number her supervisor recommended was also THE CASE HANDLER attorneys from the radio! According to the police report, the other driver claimed that Olivia cut him off and caused the Queens work-related car accident. With the legal guidance of our personal injury attorneys, we successfully recovered the maximum policy limits from the defendant’s insurance company and the maximum policy limits for Olivia’s underinsured motorist coverage!
$25,000.00 Bodily Injury Claim
$25,000.00 Underinsured Motorist Coverage (UIM)
If it were possible to give all of our clients millions of dollars for their accident case, you know we would! Unfortunately, that’s not how it works. When a person is injured in a car accident while working (or not working), the injured person is limited by the insurance policy. If that other driver does not have any or enough insurance to compensate you, that’s why it is crucial to have good UIM coverage! If you or a loved one is ever injured in a work-related car accident, we hope you remember to contact a team that “has a good reputation and is very welcoming.”
