What Happened?
On September 11, 2017, Sara was on her way to school (riding in the back seat) and was stopped at a red light on Bronxwood Avenue that intersected with Boston Road in Bronx, NY. Unexpectedly, another driver reversed out of a spot and T-boned her vehicle! Sara suffered injuries to her neck and mid-back due to the accident. She was treated for a bulging disc, which luckily didn’t require surgery. She described the pain as sharp and stated that it interfered with her sleep pattern. Bending and lifting as well as other daily activities worsened her condition. Sara attended physical therapy and chiropractic care to manage her condition.
