“You’re the BEST Case Handler. Adam gets results! Go to the best there is – go to The Case Handler.”
- Becca from Bronx, NY
What Happened?
On September 12, 2024, Becca was the front-seat passenger in her friend’s car heading to a Yankees game. She was on the phone, sitting next to her friend, who was driving southbound on the Major Deegan Expressway in the Bronx, when suddenly the cars ahead stopped short. The first car stopped and was rear-ended by a second car. Then Becca’s car, as the third vehicle in the chain-reaction crash, slammed into the second car. The force of the impact caused Becca to hit her face on the dashboard. She was taken by ambulance to a hospital in the Bronx, where she was evaluated, treated, and released home with pain medication.
As a result of the rear-end collision, Becca suffered injuries to her neck, lower back, cheekbone, right shoulder, right wrist/hand, ankles, and feet. She experienced constant pain, dull and sharp, along with weakness, stiffness, and decreased mobility in these areas. Becca also experienced muscle spasms with numbness and tingling that radiated from her neck into her upper extremities and from her lower back down her legs. She had difficulty walking, using the stairs, bending, and performing household chores, to name a few. When conservative treatment failed to improve her left ankle, Becca underwent ankle surgery in March 2025.
Becca’s Bronx Passenger Injury Lawyer
Four days after the accident, Becca contacted our legal team for help. Since the car Becca was riding in rear-ended another vehicle, one might think the only party she could recover financial compensation from would be the insurance policy of the car she was in – but not with the help of The Case Handler!
The insurance company for the car in front of Becca denied liability multiple times, claiming they were not legally responsible, and attempting to place the blame on Becca. Despite the insurance company’s refusal, our Bronx passenger injury lawyer not only secured $25,000 from the vehicle Becca was riding in, but also an additional $50,000 from the difficult insurance company for the vehicle they rear-ended – the same company that claimed they were not liable. With our help, Becca recovered a total settlement of $75,000!
