"My lawyer handled my case with professionalism and respect. He really listens before sharing his opinion. He is the best!"
- Aaron from Bronx, NY
What Happened?
On October 15, 2024, Aaron was stopped in his SUV at a red light when he was rear-ended at the intersection of Peartree Avenue and Givan Avenue. Immediately after the accident, he did not lose consciousness but felt dizzy, shaken, and stunned. The police refused to come to the scene because, in their opinion, the accident was not serious enough to warrant a response. Aaron exchanged information with the other driver and then went to a nearby emergency department, where he was evaluated, treated, and released home with pain medication.
As a result of the collision, Aaron suffered injuries to his head, neck, back, shoulders, and right knee. He experienced intense headaches accompanied by neck pain and stiffness. His neck pain radiated on both sides down into his shoulders and lower back. In addition to this pain, Aaron also experienced difficulty lifting, prolonged sitting, standing, walking, reaching, bending, and sleeping.
