The Facts
On July 30th, 2018, Bill was driving through the intersection of Ely Avenue and Edenwald Avenue when his vehicle was suddenly t-boned by another vehicle that failed to stop at the stop sign. The airbags in his car deployed and Bill momentarily lost consciousness! When he woke up, there were people all around him. Bill was transferred by ambulance to Jacobi Hospital where he was evaluated and later discharged home.
As a result of the accident, Bill injured his neck, back, and right shoulder. He suffered multiple lumbar spine disc bulges; and cervical spine disc bulges/herniations that required pain management injections. He also tore his right shoulder tendon that also required pain management injections and arthroscopy with rotator cuff repair on March 21, 2019.
