"I am beyond thankful for my attorney Matthew Goodstein and The Case Handler team. My accident was tough, but they made everything easy and fought hard for me. I’m forever grateful!"
- Celine from Bronx, NY
What Happened?
On December 9, 2022, Celine was driving north on Lincoln Avenue in the Bronx. While passing through the intersection at East 135th Street with a green light, another vehicle driving westbound on East 135th Street entered the intersection at the same time and struck the passenger’s side of her car. The other driver told police that they had the green light and claimed Celine ran a red light. Celine was transported by ambulance to the hospital, where she was evaluated, treated, and released home with pain medication.
As a result of the crash, Celine sustained injuries to her neck, left shoulder, and lower back. She experienced significant neck pain, particularly on the left side, which radiated down her shoulder blade and worsened when looking up or turning her head. Her left shoulder pain made it difficult to reach overhead or lift items, while her lower back pain intensified when getting out of bed, bending, or sitting for extended periods. When conservative pain management failed, she underwent injections and eventually surgery on her lower back.
Celine’s Bronx T-Bone Accident Lawyer
Thankfully, Celine was referred to our team. The accident happened on a Friday, and by Monday she reached out to The Case Handler lawyers for help. During our investigation, we discovered that the other driver had been operating a work vehicle on his way to work at the time of the crash. Despite his false claim that he had the green light, and his refusal to accept responsibility for over two years, our team fought back. We filed a lawsuit and prepared to take the case to trial. Even with the traffic light dispute, our dedicated Bronx t-bone accident lawyer proved that Celine had the right of way - and successfully recovered $200,000 for her!
