“I first heard about The Case Handler on the radio several months before my first car accident. To be honest, I forgot all about them. I wasn’t thinking I’d ever be in a car accident, but who does? Then, the day after my accident, they popped back into my mind. I’m so glad I reached out. The radio said they were the best, and I can honestly say they handled my case in a way that made me feel I could truly trust them. They checked in on me several times, asking how I was feeling, and I really appreciated that. That’s why I went back after my second accident.
I will definitely be recommending The Case Handler to my family and friends. Thanks again, Mr. Goodstein!
- Daisy from Brooklyn, NY
What Happened?
On April 4, 2025, Daisy was stopped at a red light, waiting for it to turn green, when she was rear-ended at the intersection of Linden Boulevard and Pennsylvania Avenue in Brooklyn, New York. She was wearing her seatbelt, thankfully, but the force of the collision caused her to be jolted forward and then backward in her seat. She was evaluated at the scene by EMS and later went to a nearby hospital emergency room. After being evaluated and treated, Daisy was released the same day with pain medication.
As a result of the rear-end accident, Daisy suffered injuries to her back, hip, elbow, and right shoulder. She also experienced chest pain that continued for several weeks after the accident. Her right shoulder pain radiated down into her right elbow, and she experienced elbow pain accompanied by clicking. Due to her injuries, Daisy struggled with everyday activities such as standing, sitting, walking, and using the stairs. When months of conservative treatment failed to provide relief, she underwent pain management injections to her right shoulder, neck, and lower back.
Macy’s Yonkers Rear-End Accident Lawyer
Daisy was a previous client of ours, so after being rear-ended, she knew exactly who to call. She reached out to The Case Handler team, and we got straight to work. While Daisy focused on her recovery, we handled the rest.
The defendant’s insurance company attempted to resolve the case quickly by offering just $6,000 about a month after the accident. A few months later, they “sweetened” the deal by offering $8,000. With the help of our resilient Brooklyn rear-end collision attorney, we fought back and recovered the MAXIMUM POLICY LIMITS of $25,000 for Daisy in just nine months.
