Kingston-Department-Store-Injury-Lawyers-Review-Hannah

Adam went above and beyond with my case. He knows what he’s doing, and he’s determined to get good results. On top of that, he’s really down to earth and easy to talk to, which is a huge plus! Communication with the firm in general is a breeze. I’d recommend him to anyone.

What Happened?

On August 15th, 2021, Hannah was shopping at a department store in Kingston, NY. While walking between the women’s clothing and house goods aisle wearing sandals, she was near the end of the aisle when she stepped forward with her right foot into a broken glass jar that was on the floor. Hannah’s foot began bleeding moderately and she felt a great deal of pain. She went to a local urgent care where she was evaluated, treated, and released home

As a result of the accident, Hannah lacerated the 2nd and 4th toe of her right foot. She received several sutures to repair the 2nd toe under local anesthesia. Unfortunately, suturing the 4th toe was initially impossible due to swelling and skin retraction of the skin flap. The next day, Hannah was able to get her 4th toe repaired and she was admitted for 24 hours of IV antibiotics. Thankfully, the wounds were carefully cleaned with no evidence of foreign glass objects and no fracture of the foot. For about 6 months after the accident, Hannah felt pain every day.

A family member of Hannah recommended her to The Case Handler team! Right away, she contacted us to see if we could help her.  Our skilled Kingston department store injury lawyers at Pollack, Pollack, Isaac & DeCicco, LLP were able to recover financial compensation for Hannah from the negligent department store in just 7 months!
