The Facts
On February 3rd, 2021, Jamal was driving straight on Spofford Avenue in the Bronx, New York. As he was passing Casanova Street, a speeding vehicle disregarded the stop sign and crashed into Jamal. The impact was so severe that Jamal’s airbags were deployed.
After calling 911, the police and EMS arrived to the scene of the accident. Jamal was transported by ambulance to Lincoln Hospital’s Emergency Department.
As a result of the crash, Jamal suffered serious injuries to his neck, left shoulder and back. In addition to physical therapy and pain management, Jamal’s left shoulder injury required an arthroscopic surgery which was performed on October 28th, 2020.
Today, Jamal is still experiencing pain but is making a steady recovery. While his medical treatment is best dealt with by his doctors, The Case Handler team alleviated the financial pain he felt by obtaining the MAXIMUM INSURANCE POLICY LIMITS within one year of the accident!
