“The Case Handler team will hear no complaints from me! They did an excellent job with my case. Call Adam Handler! A little travel into the city to see the best is worth it.”
– Clara from Hempstead, NY
On July 25, 2017, Clara was driving on Route 135 between Exit 5 and the Southern State Parkway in Nassau County, New York. She was stopped in traffic in the far-right lane when she was unexpectedly rear-ended. There were three cars involved in the accident and Clara’s vehicle was the last to be struck from behind (see image below). Clara’s son came to the scene and drove her to Mercy Medical Center where she was evaluated.
Clara suffered injuries to her head, neck, back and shoulders. She described radiating pain from her neck to her shoulders. Her back pain felt constant and aggravated whenever she shifted positions. Clara also experienced pain with day-to-day activities such as bending, lifting, and other strenuous movements. Thankfully, Clara did not have to get back surgery. She endured months of physical therapy for her injuries (three times a week). She was advised to take a few weeks off work until she was reevaluated as well.
Clara heard Adam on Irie Jam Radio, but never wrote down his phone number. After her accident, she could not remember Adam’s full name and tried searching for him online with no luck. After thinking about it more, she remembered the notorious “Case Handler” name and found Adam Handler online! Clara decided to come straight to Adam for legal assistance. The Case Handler team at Pollack, Pollack, Isaac & DeCicco, LLP worked with the insurance company until a suitable settlement was reached for Clara!
If you’ve never been in an accident, what is the first thing you think of when you hear of someone getting rear-ended? Be honest. I’m sure most of you would think that rear-end accidents are not that serious. Now think about multiple cars getting rear-ended and your car is the last to get hit, just like Clara. Well that sounds even less serious, right? That is an example of what insurance companies will do. They will minimize your injuries and offer an outrageously low settlement that you may think is generous, but really isn’t. With only one shot at recovering money for the injuries you have suffered, choose the legal team that will do “an excellent job” for your case.
