What Happened?
On June 23, 2021, Tessa was driving north on Farmers Boulevard in the far-right lane in Queens, New York. While crossing the South Conduit Avenue intersection, a van immediately to her left made an abrupt right turn in an attempt to head east on South Conduit Avenue and struck the driver’s side of her vehicle. Following the incident, the police had to remove Tessa’s front bumper for the vehicle to be driveable and properly towed from the scene.
