"Even though the other car had no insurance, Adam still got me the best outcome. He’s a good guy. Listen to what he has to say and trust him."
- Marshall from Springfield Gardens, NY
What Happened?
On November 27, 2023, Marshall was driving to work, heading southbound on Brewer Boulevard, when he stopped at a red light at the Rockaway Boulevard intersection. At that very moment, another driver traveling westbound on Rockaway Boulevard made a right turn onto Brewer Boulevard and crashed into the front driver’s side of Marshall’s vehicle, causing the airbags to deploy. After the collision, the other driver got out of their vehicle and fled on foot. Marshall was transported by ambulance to a nearby emergency room in Long Island, where he was evaluated, treated, and released the following morning.
As a result of the accident, Marshall sustained injuries to his right hand/wrist, left shoulder, and chest. His right wrist pain made it difficult to close his fist, grip, and grasp objects. His left shoulder pain worsened with overhead reaching and lifting. The chest injury, caused by the airbags, led to pain and discomfort near the sternum, primarily on the left side, which worsened when coughing or taking deep breaths. Thankfully, with minimally invasive pain management treatment, Marshall was able to recover without the need for surgery.
