What Happened?

On March 20th, 2021, Kerryann was driving and her sister, Samantha, was sitting next to her. They were traveling on Cross County Parkway in Westchester County. As they were exiting the freeway, Kerryann slowed down to traffic ahead when all of a sudden her vehicle was rear-ended!
