“They genuinely cared about my recovery and made sure I was doing okay by checking in regularly. They fought for me and gave me the best advice along the way. Matthew Goodstein and Sandy Magny are the best! I knew I was not just another case. I would recommend them to anyone searching for a reliable, trustworthy law group. Thank you and great job!”

What Happened?
On January 10, 2024, Selena was driving in the evening near Searingtown Road and South Herricks Boulevard in North Hempstead. As she drove past a nearby library, another vehicle was exiting the library parking lot and attempting to make a left turn when it struck the passenger side of Selena’s vehicle. The impact caused her car to roll over twice before coming to rest on the passenger side. After the accident, Selena experienced pain all throughout her body. She was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital, where she was evaluated, treated, and released home the same day.
As a result of the crash, Selena suffered injuries to her neck, back, and left shoulder. Her pain was aggravated by almost any movement, including bending, lifting, coughing, sneezing, driving, and lying down. When minimally invasive treatment failed to improve her symptoms, Selena underwent multiple pain management injections and left shoulder surgery under general anesthesia in April 2024. Despite extensive treatment, she was left with significant and permanent injuries to her cervical spine, lumbar spine, and left shoulder. Selena was unable to return to work for approximately five months. Even 18 months after the accident, Selena was still not pain-free and had not regained full range of motion in all of her injured areas.
Harper’s Yonkers Rear-End Accident Lawyers
Harper contacted us just four days after the accident, thanks to a friend’s recommendation. Only one month later, the other driver’s insurance company tried to offer her $5,000 to settle her case. While getting financial compensation quickly is always the goal, not every quick offer is the best offer. We declined and gave Harper the time she needed to receive treatment so we could fully evaluate the extent of her injuries and damages. With the help of our diligent Yonkers rear-end accident lawyers, Harper recovered the maximum policy limits from the insurance company – in less than a year.
