What Happened?
On February 25, 2024, Carter was slowing down in traffic when he was involved in a three-car collision at the intersection of Cross Country Parkway and the Yonkers Avenue exit ramp. As the middle vehicle, Carter was rear-ended with enough force to push his car into the Porsche in front of him. The driver who initially struck Carter allegedly dropped something in their car and was reaching for it, momentarily taking their eyes off the road before crashing into him.
